Lemon print fit-and-flare dress (950610, $130) is currently sold out online. I believe it only came in regular sizes. No petite or tall.
Size 6 – This one fit me exactly. I’ve dropped soda and it’s usually one of the fastest ways I can see results. I would expect it to fit just a teense better now, no pulling across the middle as indiated in the wrinkles. The 8 wasn’t huge, but it would need to be altered.
I don’t believe Banana does bra keeps. At least not on this dress. The pleats are there to help, not hurt, in this case. They fall nicely. Oh and lookie there. Pockets.
Rear view, which looks very similar to the front. Look ma, no exposed zip!
Lemon print full skirt (951613, $79.50) – If you didn’t know, there are popbacks at the Gap brands. Yesterday only a couple of sizes were available, I think 10 & 12. Sizes 6, 8 & 14 back at the time I’m publishing this post.
Yesterday I reviewed the Marimekko for Banana Republic kivet skirt & a BR full skirt. The Marimekko kivet crewneck popped back in M. And finally, each time I see the Ashbury perforated tote I love it a little more. It’s currently on promo for $110. Yesterday I saw it side-by-side with the Sophia perforated wallet. So chic. Leather apparel is excluded from the current promo. Apparently that means handbags as well because the code didn’t work on the tote.
FUN gets 25% off womens styles thru today, 6/7. The promo is also good in-store. ON usually does a good maxi and the crochet-lace maxi looks pretty.
Here’s the bar code if you need it for in-store use at Old Navy.
Over at Gap, the broke-in straight linen pants net $34 with TREAT. I got size 6, so tts for me. I’m 5’0″ and got the regular size over petite. I believe they’re a linen/cotton blend. They’re a nice cut, worthy of wearing in many traditional office settings. I definitely prefer the more tailored cut over J. Crew’s linen drapey drawstring pant (review), which seemed to wrinkle too much in the fitting room alone.
