Falsetto suede ankle-tie pumps (06572, $268) come in black and bohemian red. Half sizes from 5 – 11. The black were $149.99 in-store on 1/8. Suede upper. Leather lining & sole. Made in Italy.
Size 8 – I’m 7.5 and with all of J Crew’s heels, I took a size 8 in these.
Tying them on. It was easy and for the most part I was able to get the tassels to line up where I wanted.
I love how the shoe frames the foot. You have to see it from the perspective of the wearer. It’s quite beautiful. I have squishy toe cleavage in the pics, but I’m blaming the camera. I didn’t see all that when I tried them all. Although sale goggles probably wouldn’t allow such a view anyway.
I couldn’t get over how comfortable they were. I always love a wedge, like the Martinas. Those are very easy to walk in. The Ettas have a thick heel, but the shoe shape is not a complete match for my foot. These were instantly comfortable. Very, very minimal breaking in would be required, if any. I was very surprised and wanted to see what other styles it comes in. I thought I was in the Everlys, so now I’m wondering if those might have similar comfortability. They have a similar shape.
So sassy from the back.
I would probably wear them simply like this w/jeans rolled a bit and a different top. Plain old jeans, just to make sure I actually wore them. That was my justification for purchasing them. I’m glad I wasn’t able to get online to check price or stock. I later learned they are fp online.
