Size S – Size down one, imo. I would get XS. There’s a drop-shoulder on this. It’s enough to make the size feel too big. A XS would fit better and look less sloppy. In contrast, the shoulder seams on the elephant parade tee are normal. I have size S in that one. I’m 5’0″ and meausre 37″ across the fullest part of my chest.
By the way, I’m wearing The Squeem (M). I’m trying to wear it as much as possible. It really makes a difference. I put it on the other nite and was 1.5″ smaller the next morning. Of course diet & exercise are what will yield, real & permanent results.

In what way, I don’t know, but if that’s your case, I’d say you don’t need this at the gym.
Certain textures give me the heebie jeebies. It happens visually, as well, but not in this case. I was surprised I like it. The gold is mesmerizing.
The flecked fabric was a drawback to me. It looks splotchy and I didn’t like that. It makes it look like athletic wear. I was surprised this was 85% poly. It felt loose in the S and I could see it sagging out a little bit during the day, as linen does.
