Jeweled bow top in stripe (A2627, $88) runs 00-16. The color is called navy (NAV). 100% cotton.
Size 6 – This is the same top as above, just in blue & white railroad stripes. As I previously stated, it’s a plain top. I do like the band detail down the front center.
Jeweled bow top (SP14, A2618, $88) runs 00-16 and comes in white. 100% cotton.
Size 6 – The size fit well, so TTS. There’s no stretch to it. Be prepared to find makeup on some of the in-store tops. It’s bound to happen. It wasn’t totally easy to get into. Stretch would help that aspect, but it would make the top fit in a different way.
The rhinestone bow is cute. I guess this is great for those who don’t want to fool with a statement necklace. It’s build right in. Of course that means special care and I don’t want to fool with that. Keyhole at the back neckline. Check it out on Audreybella.
Campbell capri in lattice medallion (SP14, $98) run regular 00-16 (A3767), petite 00-12 (A3847) & tall 2-16 (A3846). The color is called nav (NAV). They’re currently $69.99 in-store and have been for a couple of weeks now. 97% cotton, 3% spandex. The newly released Campbell capri in double seersucker and seersucker Campbell capri have only cotton listed in the fabric on the website, no spandex.
Size 6 – I love the fit of the Campbell capris. The fabric quality is definitely nice. I think we will all agree on that. It feels hefty and good, not too thick. I need a midrise these days and these have a higher rise than the cafe capris. My other qualm with the cafe capris is that the 4 would fit exactly or be too small. The 6 was a better fit, but would be too baggy at the back thigh. I think I was in between a regular and petite size, with the rise on the petite being too small. Check them out on Skinny Hipster.
The regular 6 in the Campbells are good (pics), but the 8P (not pictured) is even better. You need…well, I should say that I need them to run a little higher to get them to get the little flare at the bottom to show off properly, so the petite works best. I don’t think the flare is too much. If I hadn’t read online that there was a flare hem, I wouldn’t have known the difference. The slight flare is nice because there’s less taper than the cafe capri. To me this means there’s less potential for an inverted triangle with the top of the pants being visually much wider than the narrowered ankles. The Campbells also come in solid colors and abstract wave print (review).
