Size 6 – It looked like it might run a little on the generous size, but I knew better. If you go for the smaller of your sizes, it can get too tight in the shoulders and arms. 6 is the right size for me. I like this color, but decided it was too bright for the color palette I’ve been wearing lately. I’m looking forward to receiving the one I ordered in black.
ETA: I recvd the black and it was meh. Very plain. It looked polished, which is what I’d hoped for, but it was sooo plain. I paid $40, a little more than half off. But it wasn’t $40 exciting. I paired it with the crystal nouveau necklace (review) and the combo didn’t excite me.
The back keyhole and covered button.
Campbell capri in abstract wave print ($98) runs regular 00-16 (A2108) and petite 00-12 (A2944). The color is called blue facade (BFA). They’re currently on promo for $88 online & $69.99 in-store. It’s a cotton, spandex blend, but I didn’t get the % breakdown.
For some reason I thought the regular would be too long. I wanted them to ride just a little high in length, so I ordered a 8P before trying on these size 6. The petite should definitely be the right choice. The fit is very comfortable in the rise, so I think it’s cut higher than the cafe capris.
Pic on the left is if I had on ballet flats. And on the right is my ‘heels’ pic. I’m curious to see if I will like the 8P with ballet flats or only with a heel or some sort.
Fit won’t work for everyone, I have a feeling, but a definite thumbsup from me.
