Pearl drop necklace (A5693, $78) -The color is called pearl. I put the floating pearl necklace (review) next to it for anyone wondering how similar the necklaces are. I love my floating pearl necklace.
Here are the two necklaces together. Interesting, but too much for me.
Then I wanted to see if it played nicely w/other necklaces. I didn’t care for either of these combos. On the left is the Moroccan stone fringe (review) and on the right is a Crewlet necklace from last year.
Pearl drop bracelet (A8104, $65) – The color is called gold. The bracelet is now $49.99 online.
The drops like to flip. A lot.
I had to shake the drops and place and fool with the bracele to get it to look like that in the left pic. The right pic is a better snapshot of how the necklace wears. The drops flop around and the bracelet is a little noisy when they’re bumping together. I’m wearing the racer in antique floral (6) and Factory Clare cardigan (M).
The quality was decent. There’s weight to both the pearl drop necklace and bracelet, but not too heavy. The necklace was different, but not remarkable. I didn’t like how I couldn’t get the drops into position like I wanted, unless I put a lot of effort into it. Same with the bracelet. And that was too noisy for me. The color of the pearl drops was on the yellow side. When comparing it to other faux pearls I own, I preferred the off-white tones I have.
