Reversible lightweight merino sweater (A3661, $118) runs XXS – XL. Color choices are dusk ivory and blue slate. 94% merino wool, 5% nylon, 1% spandex. Dry clean.
Size XS – dusk ivory – This looked enormous on the hanger. I almost chose XXS to try. It looked that big. But I knew better and decided to try the XS. It looks like a football jersey until I try the ‘heels’ pic. Heels lean it all out.
A Flashdance moment. Keep in mind that I’m in the XS. It’s not as big as it looks on the hanger, but I would definitely get XS over S.
I didn’t realize I was trying on the reversible sweater, so I didn’t flip it inside out. The fabric was on the heavy side, so I’m surprised to see that it’s described as lightweight. I might have to try this one on again in case my memory isn’t serving.
Drapey crepe tank (SP14, $78) runs regular 00-16 (A1329), petite 00-12 (A3686) and tall 2-16 (A3687). Color choices are bright kiwi, hammock green, ivory, navy and soft wisteria. 100% viscose.
Size 2 – chest = 41″, waist = 39.5″
Size 4 – chest = 42″, waist = 40.5″
Size 6 – hammock green – I had already tried size 4 (pics below) and wanted to see how the 6 would compare. Definitely take the smaller of your two J Crew sizes. I keep thinking this is silk because of the flow, but it’s not. Viscose. The hammock green is vibrant and pretty.
It’ll be low in your regular size. Sizing down one, or the smaller of your two sizes will fix that issue. If it’s an ‘issue’ for you.
The reverse neck. It’s a pullover style, no zippers.
Size 4 – soft wisteria – This color is really pretty. The size 4 fits much better than the size 6.
More seams I didn’t really notice in the other colors. I’m pointing to the vertical annoyances in the right hand photo, to be obvious. Or was that obvious? lol
Promo also good in-store. No more 40% off final sale in-stores. It’s now 25%.
