Ace Delivery mixed print pleated skirt (701180, $78) 100% poly. Dry clean only. This style or similar is available by Ace Delivery in pink polka dot pleated or pink, white and black geometric print pleated (on sale) versions.
Size S – I’m 5’0″ so it was long on me. My hip measurement is about 39″. I like the print and the colors used. It bumps up your average, pleated skirt.
I think that’s an elastic waistband. I can’t remember. I like elastic waists, in general, because I usually don’t tuck tops or sweaters. Cute print!
Topshop diamond jacquard midi skirt (470463, $98) – As I as drafting this post, I only saw 4 & 6 available. Now only size 6. Nordstrom has popbacks, if you didn’t know.
Size 8 – I love midi skirts, even though they don’t love me. I probably won’t stop trying them on. Recently, in an I’ll-make-it-work moment, I purchased the patio skirt in photo floral. I’m sure I can make that look pretty good. This skirt, I will just admire from far. I like the light color. It was released in spring and looked very fresh for that period of time. The skirt I tried on had a very pale, lilac cast to it. I’m not sure if that was a colored offered, or if this is the same white skirt I’m linking to. V-neck tee is by Uniqlo (M).
Left pic, in stocking feet. Right pic, in black Martina patent wedges, bringing up the length a little. It’s still too long, though.
I would want to wear it like this, an easy, untucked shirt. It calms down the skirt, but it’s not as sleek as a top that shows off the waist.
I’m pretty sure I tried on a very pale lilac color. The white is probably pretty. Bad move on that zipper. Muddies the look.
June & Hudston floral print midi skirt (828717, $52) runs XS – L. 100% viscose. Machine wash. Line dry.
Size M – I’m on the short side (5’0″), so this will look great if you’re taller. The color combo is interesting. It looked as cool in-person as online. I knew exactly what it was when I saw it on the rack.
*Chelsea jacquard v-neck fit-and-flare dress – If you’re looking for a white dress, consider this option. I like the v in the front and the back. No pockets, which I sometimes really miss on a dress when they’re absent. 72% cotton, 27% poly, 1% elastane. Machine wash and line dry.
*G.I.N. print colorblock sheath dress – I tried an 8 and this sucker was tight. I can’t show you a pic because I couldn’t get it zipped up. At all. You will need a narrower-than-hips-waist for this. Me? Disqualified, lol. Thumbsup, though.
*Halogen pleat midi skirt – Great price point of $79. The fabric looks a little dressy. I like that it comes in regular and petite sizes.
*Nike Free 5.0 TR Fit 4 Training Shoe – In the colors of SweeTarts!
*Topshop tile print midi skirt – SmAcKdOwN of J Crew’s soft pencil skirt in rosewood. The print & colors are not exactly the same, but I immediately thought of the rosewood skirt when I saw this one. Look nice.
