First a mini rant because I am on hold right now w/Old Navy trying to get size specifics on their intarsia sweater. I’ve been waiting for 8.5 minutes and counting! At the initial call I was told that I would be connected to a Style Consultant. I don’t know what type of consultant doesn’t have size measurements at his fingertips. Apparently he has to contact another department for the bust/sleeve/etc measurements. I am really irritated about the wait. I think I’ve been spoiled by the service I’ve recvd via telephone (not the website!) from J Crew. Both of these companies have size charts online, but J Crew will give you the specific sizing breakdown garments if you ask them.
In the meantime, here is Old Navy’s cute intarsia sweater (632596), $25. I don’t recall the specifics J Crew critter sweater, but I’m going to assume it’s sortof likeish this since ON is apparently knocking off J Crew. There are 2 critters:; dragonfly or the lil birdie.
Whew! I am off the phone. That only took 10+ minutes (sarcasm). The measurements helped, but in the end I did what the dude suggested and ordered a S and PM in pink pony and heather gray. I’ll return what doesn’t work. Asking for measurements was supposed to avoid all of that.
I’m tried on a size M in each of the colors. There are eight colors to choose from. The sweater comes in regular, tall and petite sizes. Did I mention only $25?
