Textured open-front cardi (939037, $39.94) – Size M – I thought I was in a size S, so at first I was really irritated about the large fit. The I checked the label. Duh. I liked the color a lot.
No pockets. Boo, because I actually use them. I liked the fabric. It felt like cotton, but it’s a cotton/acrylic blend.
Textured open-front cardi (939037, $39.94) – Size S – This color is called heather grey. It had a lot of green in it and wasn’t quite gray enough for me. The S was better than the M I tried above. I think I’d get an XS, though. The S still felt too big.
Lace-front slub-knit tee (920179, $19.94) – Size S – This looks very much like a top J Crew had in retail and, recently, at the Crewlet. The lace part felt a little rough, the tee a little thin. It wasn’t awful. ON is good about a wide color selection. There are 6 to choose from. This is goodnight nora.
Anchor-print chambray shirt (939076, $26.94) – Size M – It’s running big compared to Old Navy’s size M in recent past. I think they’re working on fit. They’re pretty good about modifying it based on customer reviews. Unfortunately, they tend to make big changes until they get it right.
* Jersey cowl-neck top – This reminds me one that got away from me at Anthro. It was a lightweight cowlneck sweater around $88. It sold out quickly at fp and I’m not sure it was ever replinished. This is a jersey, rayon type of fabric, not a sweater, but the style is similar. A couple reviews complain about a lot of fabric. Sounds like it might be a camouflager. I will probably try this one.
* Lace-trim henley cami – Thin straps, but I would only wear these as a layer under. I like the light lace contrast on the darker colors. And there’s basic white w/white trim, too.
* Lace-trim tanks – I’ve been wearing ON tanks for years and none have failed me. I love the lace detail on this. I’ll be snagging a few of these in small.
* Printed shirts – There’s a bicycle print that I saw in-person last week and is on my wishlist. Also among the selection are a few Liberty style prints, which ON did very well in 2012.
