Did you make any resolutions? I resolve to cut out soda. I have to cut it out 100% otherwise the slope is far too slippery. I started on 12/30 and had a horrible, horrible headache about 36 hours into it. I finally caved and had a little Sprite. I really didn’t expect to have the caffeine withdrawal headache, but I guess I’m more addicted to soda than I thought. I’m back on the wagon about 30 hours and feeling good. I swear I feel lighter in weight, but I think that’s psychological. I’ll take it!

Good luck on the soda thing, that is so hard. I had to do it when I got pregnant, and I had major caffeine withdrawal for a bit. I do have a lot and should cut it out too.
